“Maddy has worked for us for two years and she has always been exceptionally detailed in her approach to housekeeping. She has a high attention to detail and “sees” what needs to be done. Maddy is very capable at running suppliers and ensuring that the work gets done. In our home Maddy has run everything from assisting through a substantial move and associated management, to the daily housekeeping role (e.g. cleaning, washing, ironing, organising) as well as groceries and supporting with parties etc. Maddy is happy to pick-up things that may sit outside of her “wheelhouse” or “scope” if the family needs help in everything from supporting with getting our kids out the door for school or running errands etc.”

Maddy has meticulous attention to detail, always making a continual effort to ensure jobs were completed to the best of her ability. She commonly demonstrated this in regards to planning, streamlining and being forward thinking when it came to our ever changing itinerary. Maddy has a very developed sense of integrity, was always trustworthy and dependable and I knew what I threw at her wouldn’t be forgotten. She is thoughtful and provides a high level of service to guests and has been complimented by the owners as being very attentive and caring which can also be seen in the way she conducts herself.

Maddy was hired days short of an owners trip and from the get go was very much in charge of housekeeping and laundry where she excells. She is a very competent and resourceful person, adapts very well taking all tasks in her stride. Maddy is a hardworking conscientious person and her eye for detail goes above and beyond. Her levels of detailing were incredible and we called her a ‘cabin ninja’ but also was an ace in the laundry as well. Maddy developed well in service and had a natural flare for table decorations and was often called to assist when not on duty. If there was something to be done, Maddy would happily take the initiative to make sure this happened, even if it meant working through her breaks. She would often be the first one to help and the last one to finish and takes pride in her work.
