Our founder and director, Maddy Stadniczenko has been involved with the elite superyacht and private residence industry for more than 6 years. Her integrity, intuitive approach to mastering client requests, ability to multitask and be forward thinking – whilst still maintaining impeccable attention to detail, are what truly set her apart. Being superyacht trained means service-levels and skills are at an elite level – expect a likeness to those of a 6-star hotel. These same skills sit at the heart of the silent assistant’s recruitment and on-boarding process to ensure we guarantee our clients superyacht quality every time.
